We require the following to confirm your booking: your full name, the address for your treatment, any relevant medical condition, email and a 50% deposit (For booking days ahead) or full payment to secure your session. Full payment required 1 hour before session.

You can pay online with a debit card during the booking process. you will receive the business’s banking details to deposit your payment. If nothing shows on our end at the time of payment, please send proof of payment as confirmation.

Our affordable prices start from: R850 Massages and most expensive treatment is the Unwind and Connect 90 minutes couples massage pack: R3500. Our therapist travel fee is included in the pricing.

We require a 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations to bookings. Late or less than 2 hours, before session cancellations will incur 50% booking fee.

Yes, you can book with your favorite service provider. Please note that available time slots will depend on their schedule for the day. We recommend 24 hour booking request for specific therapists.

Our therapists will arrive 10-15 minutes before your session to set up. In case of any delays on our side, we will ensure you receive the full duration of your massage.

If the provider needs to wait for you, the appointment may be shortened or need to be completed by the original end time to accommodate the provider’s next scheduled appointments. Early communication can assist with managing the therapist time.

We do not tolerate any requests for sexual favors from our therapists. Any such behavior will be reported to the authorities. If a therapist offers sexual services, please report it immediately. For the safety of our therapists, we ask that you do not share personal details and encourage them to only engage with clients within the scope of Focus On You services.

You can tip the service provider by adding the tip to the final payment if a 50% deposit was used, or by providing a cash tip. However, please make sure to disclose this with the Focus On You booking team.
